Job Description
Your Role
- Carry out Master Data Applications and Interfaces programming tasks. Master Data application landscape varies from C#, PL/SQL to SAP based applications
- Receive and handle Remedy HD (Helpdesk) Incidents and CR (Change Request) tickets. Remedy serves as the central Infineon IT ticketing platform
- Perform applications change requests (CRs) from Application Owner on a monthly basis. Implementation of CRs will be prioritized according to urgency
- Assist in solving incidents where the 2nd level Master Data Team is unable to resolve. Collaborate with Master Data developers and application owner to find solutions
- Communicate with Application Owner to obtain more information regarding the CRs to be implemented, and propose an estimation of development effort in man‑days
