Responsibilities

  • Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Record information into Cargo Wise
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Proactively communicate with customer via email and call
  • Keep sensitive customer or company information confidential
  • Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative
