About the role
You own the barbering experience from consult to finish. You read head shape and growth patterns, recommend styles that fit lifestyle and maintenance, and keep stations razor-sharp on hygiene. You may train apprentices on clipper control, lineups, and client flow during busy queues.
Responsibilities
- Execute fades, tapers, scissor work, and beard detailing to brand standards.
- Offer straight-razor shaves or hot towel services where menu permits.
- Sanitize tools, dispose of blades safely, and maintain barber mats and stations.
- Manage walk-ins and appointments with accurate wait-time communication.
