Role Overview;
The Master Baker will take full ownership of end-to-end bakery production , from recipe development and process optimization to team leadership and quality assurance.
You will operate at the intersection of technical expertise and production management , ensuring consistent output, minimal waste, and uncompromising quality.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead and oversee daily bakery production across breads, pastries, and specialty products
Manage and optimize semi-automated production processes , including rotary oven operations
Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules aligned to demand forecasts
Supervise all stages of production: mixing, fermentation, proofing, and baking
Develop, refine, and standardize recipes to ensure consistency and product innovation
Maintain strict quality control standards across all products
Lead, train, and manage bakery staff, ensuring discipline, efficiency, and skill development
