**Job Title: Masker I**
**Reports To:** Production Supervisor
**Location:** North Austin
**Schedule:**
+ **2nd Shift** – Hours: first two weeks of training likely on day shift, then transitioning to 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
+ **Pay Rate:** $19.50 per hour
**Position Overview**
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and quality. The position involves sitting for most of an 8?hour shift while performing detailed, repetitive hand movements. Strong manual dexterity and consistent hand–eye coordination are essential, as the work includes fine masking/demasking tasks and inspection under magnification.
Candidates who appreciate routine, focused tasks—and who prefer a consistent seated work environment—tend to do well in this position. Those who are used to fast-paced or highly active roles may find this environment less suitable.
