As an MarTech & Commercial Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth by leveraging AI, marketing technology, automation, and data analytics to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.This role combines business strategy with technical expertise to identify opportunities where AI can automate manual processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, and Product teams to ensure AI investments accelerate revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
