**Role Overview**
This is a critical role in transforming FICC Operations by enhancing efficiency, fortifying the control environment, and driving sustainable growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that streamline processes, embed robust and scalable controls, and leverage innovative technologies to achieve operational excellence and resilience.

+ Lead the development and execution of strategies for operational agility, manual process uplift, and the implementation of scalable control frameworks across FICC Operations.
