Identify, brainstorm and implement process improvements and time optimization initiatives
Automate current manual processes to analyze large, disparate data sets to pull out key trends and intelligence
Develop reporting suite for interaction data, partnering with QR Sales and Digital Markets to enhance intensity reporting internally and resource allocation to clients
Submission of consumption to different vendor platform to be done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Liaise with sales coverage to ensure data quality for interactions, reviewing high value interactions with account managers
Work with Sales to monetize action items and next steps for client interactions and feedback
Execute and maintain validation process that helps monetize consumptions
Work with tech to upgrade current systems and directories, which feed our interaction data
