Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects and campaign deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects remain on track and deadlines are met
• Create, manage, and optimize workflows within Monday.com
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and team efficiency
• Build scalable processes and document operational best practices
• Maintain campaign tracking and operational reporting processes
• Build and maintain workflow automations using tools such as Zapier

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management, operations, or marketing operations experience
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira
• Experience building workflows and process documentation
