Job Description
Go Lime is a Basalt-backed HVAC subscription business based in Ontario. Marketing here is built on data. The attribution stack runs server‑side, and the numbers shape decisions across the entire business.
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead to own the data layer of marketing. Today the VP of Marketing owns this work directly. The team has scaled past the point where that’s the right set up. We need someone to take it over, raise the bar, and turn marketing analytics into a function the rest of the company can lean on.
What you’ll own
- The full attribution stack: Triple Whale, Elevar (server‑side), GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify.
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting for the leadership team.
- Marketing data integration across acquisitions.
- Tagging, tracking, and data quality across the entire marketing stack.
- Marketing tech selection and integration as we scale.
