Job Description

A vibrant, design-led upscale 4-star hotel in Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Communications Manager to elevate & drive brand awareness, increasing market share, & enhancing the overall guest experience through innovative & effective marketing & communication strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–6 years' marketing experience within hotels or lifestyle hospitality venues
  • Currently based in the GCC with previous experience in the area
  • Strong digital marketing expertise with proven success in social media growth and performance marketing.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing PR agencies, influencers, media partners, and creative suppliers.
