In this role, you will lead end-to-end growth initiatives for Revolut’s core markets through paid channels and conversion rate optimization. You’ll own the CRO roadmap, landing page creation, and testing to improve funnel conversion across acquisition channels. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and web teams to enhance user journeys and website layout. Your work will shape how we scale paid traffic, experiment at speed, and improve conversion efficiency beyond media buys.
