Support the management and maintenance of website content, including articles, landing pages, images, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with AIA branding and customer experience standards.
Assist in maintaining website quality and user experience through basic content reviews and testing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support website updates and digital marketing activities.
Prepare marketing materials, campaign reports, and project documentation to support ongoing initiatives.
Conduct basic research and support ad-hoc marketing projects.
Qualifications
Skills
Year 3–4 students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Design, or related fields.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, website management, or customer experience.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop is a plus.
