To support the Senior Marketing Manager on overall marketing planning and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external consultants/organisers on all marketing events such as property launching, property fairs, and roadshows.
• Prepare marketing writeup and copywriting for marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate with graphic designer and branding consultant for social media planning and posting.
• Plan and maintain company social platforms.
• Participate in group branding exercises.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by Management.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in mass media, marketing or business administration.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in branding or property consultancy firms preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO welcomed.
