We are looking for an experienced Marketing Data Discovery – Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will support marketing, retail, and supply chain initiatives by gathering requirements, driving analytics projects, and delivering Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of marketing, retail, and supply chain processes, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data and BI solutions
