Power Property management is located in Los Angeles focusing on property management for Residential and Commercial Real Estate. We manage over 3,000 units in the LA Metro area with another 1,000+ units under ownership outside of the state.
About the Role
Marketing Assistant supporting marketing and leasing for residential and commercial properties across digital and traditional channels. You will build marketing materials, manage listings, run campaigns, and track performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials in Photoshop, Canva, and Figma
- Create Blogs for company website
- Optimize SEO's on website
- Create company materials such as signs, banners, flags, business cards.
