Job Description
MARKETER – DOOBIE SNACKS
Hybrid (Regina, SK). 3–5 years experience, full‑time/contract. Lead designer and small marketing team.
Doobie Snacks is a locally owned, Indigenous‑owned and operated, Health Canada licensed cannabis producer based in Regina. We make terpene‑infused pre‑rolls and are scaling across multiple SKUs, with a sub‑brand (Doobie Snacks Nude) launching soon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own brand voice and creative direction across all touchpoints.
- Run the social calendar for @doobiesnacksweed (IG, TikTok).
- Lead the Doobie Snacks Nude sub‑brand launch.
- Build trade marketing programs to drive sell‑through at provincial retailers.
- Develop budtender education and run trade shows (ICBC, Lift, etc.).
- Pull insights from sales data and translate to action.
- Manage marketing budget and team.
