This is a full-time, remote role for a Market Success Associate. The Market Success Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include interacting with customers directly, data collection, drafting documents, and assisting in developing strategies to improve product-market fit and overall client success. This role requires effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align goals and strategies.
