Job Description
The main role of this position is providing onsite & remote end user support for real-time market data feed and applications running on desktop and Linux environment with the scope of activities including application testing, packaging & documentation, market data application and system software deployment, problem management and system monitoring. In addition to day-to-day support tasks, this role also requires participation in projects related to system/infrastructure changes
- Perform morning system checks & on-call support duties
- 2 nd level support on market data applications & systems
- Monitor & process user request/questions via email, hotline, Service Management tool
- Participate in Projects involving market data systems
- 3~5 years desktop application support experience (experience at financial institution is a plus)
- Good written/verbal communication & interpersonal skills
