Job Description
Role Overview
Manage and maintain multiple trading platforms, providing first and second line support for issues relating to the Market Administrators trading platform. Work with cross‑functional teams to test and launch new or existing projects.
What You Will Do
- Provide hands‑on incident and problem management, investigate and resolve trade issues, maintain data accuracy, and monitor support chats.
- Work with product management to raise workflow and system improvements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We’re looking for someone with reasonable experience in operational support, IT literacy, and familiarity with system log and XML analysis. You should be able to work effectively in a high‑pressure environment and have a good balance of technical and social skills.
