Job Description
AD Ports Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Crewing Manager to oversee all crewing operations within the Maritime Cluster. This role ensures efficient and compliant crew deployment to meet operational needs, while supervising the crewing team and optimizing crew utilization.
The successful candidate will have at least 8-9 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field. Strong communication skills in English, and familiarity with maritime regulations are essential.
