Summary This vacancy is for a GS-0963-6/7, Mariner Credentialing Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, REGIONAL EXAM CENTER-TOLEDO in TOLEDO, Ohio. Responsibilities You will serve as a Mariner Credentialing Specialist and be responsible for licensing and documentation of merchant mariners and examining merchant marine personnel in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. .
