🚢 Hiring: QHSE Superintendent – Tankers | Pune

Synergy Marine Group is looking for an experienced QHSE Superintendent to strengthen our tanker fleet operations.

Eligibility:

✅ Master (FG) Certificate of Competency

✅ Sailed as Master on ocean-going vessels

✅ Tanker vessel experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management of Change (MOC) activities for vessel takeovers and handovers.
• Conduct internal ship and office audits and drive corrective actions.
• Review risk assessments, hot work proposals, and safety-related reports.
• Support ISM, ISPS, TMSA compliance and documentation.
• Analyze Near Miss, LARP, and QHSE performance trends.
• Coordinate fleet-wide QHSE campaigns and security updates.
