Job Overview

The Marine Services Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing vessel operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient vessel operations in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia. The position supports Maersk’s integrated logistics journey, managing critical vessel and cargo operations within Asia Pacific’s key transshipment hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vessel port stay performance through proactive operational execution, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely service delivery.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including execution teams, vessel management, terminals, authorities, and service providers.
• Maintain governance and compliance of authority systems (e.g., Malaysia Maritime Single Window and Ship Clearance System), ensuring accurate submissions, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory requiremen...
