(Marine Parade/ Pasir Ris / Punggol) 1 Yr Contract Patient Service Associate (Office Hrs, 5.5 days) – Fixed 2500/month

Working hours: Weekday: 6:30 am to 7:30 pm (8 hours). Saturday: 6:30 am to 1:30 pm (4 hours). Total 44 hours per week.

Job Scope

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate specialist consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at the Health Monitoring Station based on roster, involved in taking height, weight and blood pressure for patients
