KOTUG Canada seeks an HR Crewing Coordinator in Victoria, BC, to ensure crew scheduling meets operational demands while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This vital role supports crew deployment and full-cycle recruitment.
As the HR Crewing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating marine crew deployment for KOTUG Canada's vessels. Key activities include managing recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance for seagoing employees while maintaining HRIS data accuracy. You'll also handle employee relations and monitor training compliance with relevant marine regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams for effective crewing
• Oversee recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes
• Administer the HRIS for up-to-date employee records
• Conduct vessel visits to engage with crew regularly
• Support employee relations and manage conflict resolution
