Marina Operations Manager

Full-time management

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the administrative & financial management of the marina-related projects.
• Develop a strategic marketing plan for the sales/lease of marina berths and other marine-related business.
• Develop a strategy for obtaining international awards and certifications.
• Book wet berths, build customer relations, coordinate delivery of products and services to customers, ensure environmental requirements are met, and maintain information records and timetable repair work.
• Responsible for compliance with laws, ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Marina operation.
• Regularly inspect all marina facilities to ensure facilities and grounds are adequately maintained, safe and ready for use.
• Compile regular reports on berthing issues and revenues along with recommendations for changes in rate structures.
