Job Summary: onsemi is currently seeking a self-driven, motivated Maintenance Mechanico support operations.

• FOL Assembly Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance duties on various types of industrial and manufacturing equipment including Wirebond, Die Attach, Plasma and IVI machines
• Routinely monitor the Facilities equipment via computer terminals and daily maintenance rounds.
• Can do machine conversion, calibrate, set‑up Wirebond, Die Attach and IVI machines
• Can operate WB/DA/IVI/XRAY and lab instrumentation like High magnification scopes, Dage, Nexiv, SEM and EDX
• Identify and respond to issues. Adjust as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Can run PDE Matrix for DOE with less supervision and good sound judgement
• Perform a variety of machine elements installations for Wirebond, Die Attach, Plasma and IVI
