The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of membrane used in commercial projects by operating and maintaining manufacturing and laboratory equipment, preparing chemical solutions, and accurately recording production data. Working on the manufacturing floor, this role focuses on manual, high-quality membrane manufacturing, including coating, laminating, and assembling filter modules while adhering to established processes and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and dispense chemical solutions for membrane coating by following detailed recipes and mixing instructions.
+ Use laboratory equipment such as balances and scales, stir plates, and fume hoods to measure, mix, and handle chemicals accurately and safely.
+ Operate large roll-to-roll equipment and lamination machines to coat membrane sheets according to manufacturing specifications.
