Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Manufacturing Technician is responsible for manufacturing membrane used in commercial projects. This role includes operating and maintaining equipment, utilizing laboratory tools to prepare and dispense solutions, and collecting and recording data related to equipment operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow a recipe and mix chemicals to create coatings for sheets.
+ Operate the lamination machine to coat sheets.
+ Apply adhesive to laminated filter sheets.
+ Stack and compress membrane sheets using a compressor machine.
+ Operate and troubleshoot various industrial machines.
+ Enter data into Excel.
+ Adhere to manufacturing processes as instructed.
