Job Description
Design, implement, and optimize operational processes through digital systems (ERP, MES, WMS) and data analytics, ensuring operational control, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support ERP, MES, and WMS systems for daily operations.
- Redesign and standardize operational processes aligned with system best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze operational dashboards and KPIs to support decision‑making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across key areas (inventory, BOM, routings, transactions).
- Identify operational deviations and perform root cause analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to align processes and data.
- Support system adoption through training, follow‑up, and operational discipline.
