**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor (LEVEL 3) for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Supervisor (LEVEL 3) you will be responsible for leading a union‑represented crew of 10‑20 workers on first shift, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Supervise machining, assembly, weld, and painting of parts across multiple buildings.
+ Manage performance assessments, work assignments, cross‑training, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, and ESH partners to execute core metrics.
+ Ensure customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met.
