We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role is responsible for leading production operations and ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with experience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments, including electrical wiring and assembly operations. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, manufacturing expertise, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment. This position will support 2nd-shift operations, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with flexibility to cover weekends as needed. What will you do?
