Job Description
Manufacturing Superintendent Designate
Lead a key line of the business to deliver results defined by the compelling business need of the site. Manage safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets, breaking down section targets into line and unit targets. Develop budgets, manage costs, loss elimination, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, succession, and high‑potential identification.
- Ensure HSE, Q, cost, delivery, and morale targets are achieved for assigned lines.
- Develop and manage budgets, cost control, governance, compliance, loss elimination, and workforce planning.
- Lead line teams, influence in a union environment, and influence people.
- Implement HSE systems, QRP, BOS, safety maps, risk assessments, near misses, LOTO, safety defect management.
- Implement quality policies, GMP, housekeeping, pest control, sanitation, hygiene index, product/process control, and documentation.
