The Manufacturing Site Engineer leads ongoing process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing value chain, with a strong focus on capital projects and operational excellence. This role develops and enhances manufacturing processes and product quality by studying products and manufacturing methods, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating closely with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure effective implementation of improvement plans.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and partner with the Operations team to plan, organize, and execute capital projects, including managing outages, contractors, and equipment to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
