A day on second shift
At 3:00pm in Ripon, WI, you step onto the floor and sync with the Quality Leader. Together you align priorities for design and process compatibility, then partner with Supplier Quality Engineers, Product Engineering, and Purchasing to evaluate the capability of both current and potential suppliers. Throughout Monday–Thursday until 1:00am, you mentor teams in structured problem solving, keep process risks in check with Control Plans and PFMEAs, and turn insights from capability studies into action.
What you'll own- Lead and coach effective, structured problem-solving; help develop team capability through training and hands-on support.
- Use and maintain Control Plans and PFMEA to sustain process control and mitigate risk.
