Role Summary

• DropGenie is seeking a hands‑on engineer to support microfluidic device fabrication, process development, testing, and validation at our Montreal lab. You will work directly with our engineering and biology teams to build, characterize, and iterate on our digital microfluidics cartridges
• This is a technical, execution‑focused role for someone with direct industry manufacturing experience, comfortable moving across manufacturing, QC/QA, and cross‑functional collaboration in a small, fast‑moving startup environment
• Location: Montreal, QC. Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Engagement: Full-time
• Work style: Hands‑on, lab‑based, cross‑functional.
