Molex is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and optimize production processes within our Guadalajara operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient product launches, improving manufacturing performance, and solving complex production challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product design into scalable, reliable manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement aligned with our business objectives.Our Team
