Manufacturing Process Engineer

Execute Manufacturing Process for Final Assembly according to ALV SW Standard.

1. Responsible for Manufacturing Process Final Assembly Line Set-up for New Programs, Serial Programs-Engineering Changes and other Process improvement Initiatives.
2. Supports Global and Regional Final Assembly team in the evaluation and development of Manufacturing Processes including Process Automation.
3. Supports Local Process and Equipment Authority (Final Assembly) in the implementation of 1P1P Initiatives and Projects.
4. Participates in New program Line Design Workshop. Provide Line set-up Plan according to Customer Demand/Requirement and Customer Takt Time.
5. Collaborates with Design Engineering in support of the New programs and Serial programs Engineering Changes or improvements.
6. Responsible in the implementation and compliance of Final Assembly CPS MPS.
