Job Summary
Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog and shipment management to ensure meeting OTD and shipment revenue plan, liaise with PG Planning on backlog schedule based on material availability.
- Support manufacturing to meet all test-out plan and KPI goals.
- Hands‑on exposure to production planning shop-floor operations and manufacturing workflow.
- Support OSAT Testing, MO and Marking issuance and liaise with OSAT planners on backlog shipment fulfilment.
- Test WIP management – track all the Test WIP closely and work with PG planning, production and engineering for disposition. Require some capacity knowledge for better WIP management.
- Participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
