Maintain an effective flow of the work order system and assist in developing a comprehensive program to meet facility needs. This role involves collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to plan shutdowns and organize parts needed for each job, while adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Taking ownership and care of company property is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain the work order system, ensuring accuracy in Maintenance Connection.
+ Ensure work orders are issued to corresponding supervisors daily.
+ Coordinate work for fab shop team members and shutdown work with the Maintenance Manager.
+ Oversee kitting of parts for scheduled work and order necessary parts.
+ Assist in maintaining inventory in the storeroom and reordering parts for stocking levels.
+ Review and finalize work orders in Maintenance Connection before closure.
