Job Description
We are looking for talented **Manufacturing Operators** to join our Manufacturing team within the **Genset** department at **Cummins in Daventry, UK.**
**Working hours:** 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern:
+ **Morning shift:** Monday to Friday 6:45am – 2:45pm
+ **Afternoon shift:** Monday–Thursday 3:00pm – 11:00pm; Friday 3:00pm – 10:30pm
**Starting salary:** £27,942.00 per annum + shift allowance for afternoon shift
This is a fixed-term contract for up to **24 months** , with the potential to become permanent based on individual performance and business needs.
