Job Description
We are building an LT control panel plant from an empty floor near Sangareddy, Hyderabad — and we are hiring the person who will run it.
Voltra Systems (a Vireontech Global company) is setting up a greenfield LT control panel manufacturing facility and is looking for a Plant Manager to lead it end to end. This is not a run-the-line role: you will take the plant from layout and machine commissioning, through type-test certification, to full production — and act as the senior technical authority on site, reporting directly to the Founder.
What you will own:
- Greenfield setup — layout, machine installation & FAT, SOPs, and the quality system (ISO 9001, IEC 61439).
- Type-test certification readiness with CPRI / ERDA.
- Production of LT panels — PCC, MCC, APFC, DBs, feeder pillars, and custom control panels.
- Building and leading the shop-floor team, quality, testing, and EHS.
