As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will serve as the technical owner of critical manufacturing equipment and processes within Intel's semiconductor manufacturing environment, while leading a team of engineers and technicians supporting high-volume production operations. This role requires strong hands‑on equipment engineering expertise, with the ability to personally troubleshoot, repair, sustain, qualify, and optimize complex manufacturing and test equipment to ensure maximum tool availability, process stability, and production performance. You'll play a pivotal role in driving safety, quality, and efficiency across production, ensuring the team meets critical goals and delivers results.
