Job Description
Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta:
- You will lead daily manufacturing line operations in a heavy industry environment to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-efficient and on-time production under pressure-equipment standards.
- You will plan and allocate workforce and resources, collaborate with planning, engineering, maintenance, procurement, quality and project teams, and drive continuous improvement.
- The role requires proven supervisory experience and hands‑on shop floor leadership in welding‑based manufacturing, familiarity with standards such as PED, ASME, ISO or GB, and preferably experience with LEAN methods.
- You must be fluent in Finnish and English, and applications must be submitted by August 9th.
