Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated manufacturing specialist to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** 2nd Manufacturing Associate
**Location:** Crothersville, IN
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** 5pm - 1:30am, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime
Must Train on 1st shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including etching lines, heat rolls, bonding, and inspection stations
+ Load and unload lightweight automotive parts efficiently and safely
+ Perform inspections and reset alarms to ensure quality standards are maintained
+ Complete minor paperwork related to counts and production logs
