As a part of the program, you will partake in three-month rotations, shadowing experienced leaders while focusing on process and quality engineering. You will contribute to plant optimization projects, apply continuous improvement methodologies, and compile insightful reports on plant operations. Additionally, you’ll complete targeted management courses tailored for aspiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
