Plant Manager
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.
Lead all plant operations, including production and support functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to drive operational performance, productivity, and financial growth.
Ensure achievement of KPIs related to quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
Manage plant budget, headcount, and overall P& L performance.
Drive the Zero Defect strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
Develop, coach, and motivate leadership teams and employees to achieve high performance.
Optimize manufacturing processes from design through implementation to improve efficiency and output quality.
