Duration: 0-4+ Months
Shift: 7AM-3: 30PM
Top 3 must haves:
1. “Minimum of 5 years’experience working as a maintenance technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2. Basic knowledge in two of the following areas: electrical, plumbing/pipefitting, wastewater operations, HVAC-R, boilers/steam systems, RODI/WFI systems, autoclaves, Building Management Systems, Pumps.
3. Respond to emergencies, participating in the rotating on-call program

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment.
