Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management
- Manage medium- to large-scale capital projects, including project justification, equipment selection, installation, and validation
- Analyze KPIs, process flows, and bottlenecks to drive data-informed decisions
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies
